1. Proven 405nm UV laser diode technology with automatic imaging design
CD-CTP ensures very clear and sharp point and high run length. Operate during the day. Failure of any channel of the laser diode will not stop CTCP. CTCP can use the remaining channels to work. Therefore, the machine ensures continuous production and ease of maintenance.
2. Dynamic autofocus
The performance of a platesetter depends primarily on precise focus control. Plate output quality comes from consistent laser spot accuracy. Adopt the third generation dynamic focus technology. The precision ranging system detects subtle changes in distance of 0.1 microns. Driven by the voice coil motor, it can track the change of the board surface to adjust the longitudinal position of the mirror to ensure a constant distance between the mirrors. Dynamic auto-focus can also avoid blue spots and blue halo problems caused by fine dust on the surface of the photosensitive drum. Each spot is exposed at the best focal length exposure to ensure consistent, clear and sharp dots.
3. Unique DOT control technology
The unique graphic calibration technology can perfectly reproduce the rectangle and eliminate the dimensional deviation caused by different plate thicknesses. Dot gain problems caused by laser spot size can be precisely compensated. Step sizes from 1% to 99% can be executed flawlessly. The registration accuracy of a board is 5 microns. 15 µm is possible with two different calibrations.
4. External Drum Exposure
DDS technology is adopted to ensure that the phase jitter frequency is within 1/32 pixel, and the vertical and horizontal lines are straight and smooth. The balance weight of the drum system can be automatically adjusted to a new position, and it only takes up to 5 seconds to adjust, and it can be switched instantly to suit various sizes of plates. Additionally, utilizing the press type to flex and clamp the plate exposes consistent high quality dots.
5. Automatic energy balance
The temperature control system inside the laser constant temperature shielding box can automatically adjust the temperature to plus or minus 0.1 degrees. And under precise temperature conditions, the light intensity can be automatically calibrated every 8 hours to ensure the consistency of laser energy.
